New Business Incentive: Up to 50% of first-year income from self-sourced clients; capped at $20,000 per client. Employee Referral Incentive: $5,000 paid in instalments for successful staff referrals. Premium Funding Commission Sharing: Annual bonus based on shared commission pool. Annual Remuneration Reviews & Performance Bonuses: Based on industry benchmarks and individual performance.

Leave Entitlements

  • Birthday Leave: One paid day off annually.
